Statement of Faith The Word of God We believe that the Holy Scriptures, consisting of the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments, are the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God. The Bible is our final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and life. The Triune God We believe in one true and living God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are coequal in glory, power, and essence. Jesus Christ We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died as the perfect sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the grave on the third day, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return in power and glory to establish His kingdom on the earth. Creation and the Image of God We believe that God created the heavens and the earth by His Word and power. Mankind, male and female, was created in the image of God, possessing inherent dignity and worth, designed to reflect His character and rule over creation in righteousness. Sin and the Fall We believe that through Adam’s disobedience, sin entered the world, bringing death and separation from God. All people are born under the curse of sin and are in need of redemption through Christ alone. Salvation Through Christ Alone We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Jesus bore our sins on the cross as our substitute, and through His resurrection, He has secured eternal life for all who trust in Him. Those who believe in Him are justified, sanctified, and will one day be glorified. Resurrection and Eternal Judgment We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people: the redeemed to eternal life in glorified bodies and the unrepentant to everlasting punishment. The Church We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all true believers from every nation, tribe, and tongue. The Church is called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, make disciples of all nations, and observe the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper. God’s Covenant with Israel We believe that God’s promises to Israel remain unbroken, and He will fulfill His covenant by restoring them in the last days. Through faith in Christ, both Jew and Gentile are reconciled into one body, yet Israel has a distinct role in God’s redemptive plan, resulting their future salvation and restoration. The Return of Christ and His Kingdom We believe in the personal, visible, and glorious return of Jesus Christ to establish His Messianic Kingdom on the earth for 1,000 years. He will reign from Jerusalem in righteousness, bringing justice and restoring all things according to God’s perfect will. The Eternal State We believe that God will dwell with His people in New Jerusalem on the earth forever. The redeemed will enjoy everlasting joy in His presence, while the unrepentant will face eternal separation in the lake of fire. The Call to Holy Living We believe that all who belong to Christ are called to live in holiness, obedience, and love, walking in the power of the Holy Spirit. The Christian life is one of daily surrender, bearing the cross, and glorifying God in all things.
